About My Work

Each garment is knitted individually — either as a ready-to-ship piece or created especially for you after your order.

Because my work is not mass-produced, slight variations in texture, stitch expression, and small measurement differences may naturally occur. These subtle distinctions are part of the character of artisan knitwear and are not considered defects.

I strive to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, tones may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

For made-to-order pieces, production begins shortly after purchase. Cancellation terms are outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

As an independent studio, I may adjust pricing without prior notice. In the rare case of a listing error, I reserve the right to correct or cancel the affected order.

Sizing & Responsibility

Detailed measurements are provided to help you choose confidently.

I am not responsible for fit issues when measurements are clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping & External Services

I work with trusted shipping carriers and payment providers.

While I carefully prepare each order, I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or for customs duties on international deliveries.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and visual materials on this website belong to my studio.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Responsibility

My responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the item.

I am not liable for improper use of products or circumstances beyond my control.
