Each piece is created individually, often in a single edition or made especially for you after your order.
Please review the policy below before purchasing.
Made-to-Order & Custom Knitwear
All made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale.
These items are knitted specifically for you after purchase and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or color, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to assist you before production begins.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once work on your item has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship garments and accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- No signs of washing, perfume, smoke, or damage
- Item must be returned in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected.
Yarn & Fiber Products
All yarn and fiber sales are final.
Due to dye lot consistency and fiber handling considerations, returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is any issue with your order.
Handmade Nature of Our Products
All garments are individually knitted.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in texture, stitch appearance, or measurements (within 1–2 cm) may occur. These are natural characteristics of artisan knitwear and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days and include:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
We will resolve the issue promptly.
